April of Irony Personified, my whimsical friend, asked for an EVE (Extra-terrestrial Vegetation Evaluator from the movie WALL-E) theme. EVE is also known as Probe One, hence the theme name. Also, did you know that EVE marks the first collaboration between Pixar and Apple? Pixar hired Jonathan Ive, the dude who designed the iPod, to design EVE. That explains why she looks like an iPod on steroids… FROM THE FUTURE!

I did everything to make the theme as clean and as slick as EVE, so I hope it works with her image which is from a wallpaper from Disney. It’s all a happy gathering of white and shades of gray. Gradients are sexy, and so is EVE. Am I creeping you out?

The Beef

The Beef, which is the English translation of “Labeouf” (I think), is what I call this Plurk theme that features Shia’s photo from a Transformers promo image. I sort of removed the giant robots from the promo image because this isn’t about the Autobots or the Decepticons. This isn’t even about the ultra hot Megan Fox. This is about The Beef, yo! I added the starry background, which I “created” using BgPatterns, as a tip of the hat to Ms. Ana. She likes stars, you see.

Dr. Horrible

Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Plurk Theme features the most decent Dr. Horrible wallpaper I can find. I patterned the colors of the theme to the background image, and I added an image of Captain Hammer as a background image for the dashboard for good measure.
